ReFIS Flow - software for digitising and approving documents
The Money balance in the company report shows how much money the company has right now and where it is - in which bank account, in which cash desk and with which employee, in each currency separately and also in total in the home currency. At the top you also see the balance of loans.
You will find the report in the menu Money → Payments → Money balance in the company. It always shows the current balance; no date is entered.
Rows from top to bottom:
An account, cash desk or person with zero in all currencies is not shown in the report. The rows for loans are always in the report.
The “Total (converted to EUR)” column (or to another home currency) contains everything converted to the home currency, the other columns the amounts in the individual currencies. ReFIS converts bank accounts and cash desks in a foreign currency at the last known exchange rate, loans and money held by persons at the exchange rate of the payment date.
Clicking the name of an account or cash desk opens its detail, the name of an employee opens their payments, and the name of the row “Bank loans”, “Loans from other persons” or “Loans to other persons” opens the payments marked with the corresponding label. The pie chart shows what part of the money is in accounts, in cash desks and with persons.
You see the report with the right “The money balance in the company at the given moment” (set in the position).
