Bank accounts

ReFIS Flow - software for digitising and approving documents

The Bank accounts list contains the bank accounts of your company. You get the movements on them into ReFIS by importing the account statement.

You will find bank accounts in the menu Other → Code lists → Bank accounts. For an account, you enter:

  • “Account name (text)” and “Account number” - in any format, for example IBAN; ReFIS fills in the bank and SWIFT based on the account number from the Banks list
  • “Held at the bank”
  • “Currency” and “Initial amount”
  • “Active”
  • “Main account” - the default on issued invoices, in payment orders and in e-invoices. Only one account can be the main account.
  • “Apply rules on import of payments” - which rules for import of payments are applied to the account
  • on the “Availability” tab, when the bank releases the money for use - the payment calendar is calculated accordingly
  • on the “Account holder” tab, a person, if you want to track movements on someone else's account as well

In the account detail, you see monthly movements, account statements and links to the money balance and the list of movements. You cannot delete an account that has movements - set it as inactive.

Accounts of suppliers and customers do not belong here - you enter them in the address book or directly on the document.
