Warehouse

The Warehouse module is used for electronic warehouse management and answers the question:

• where (location, place) or with whom (person)
• how many objects/goods or products are located.

For individual objects/goods, in addition to the quantity, you can also record further extended attributes (for example the size of the RAM for a laptop, the grade of coal, etc.). You perform operations such as an issue or a transfer at the level of:

• products (ReFIS selects the specific objects/goods automatically according to the configured object/goods selection strategy, for example FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, etc.), or
• objects/goods - in that case you yourself choose the specific object/goods with which you want to perform the operation.

ReFIS tracks all movements and keeps their history. When recording movements, you can also use documents of the type goods receipt note, goods issue note and stock transfer note.
