Products

In the Products module you record:

• the own products of the company that uses ReFIS
• products that the company orders often

If the company often sells product X at a standard price, for example, it is worth entering it in the Products module. When invoicing, you then just select the product and ReFIS fills in the price without VAT, the VAT rate and the price with VAT.

ReFIS offers products when you create items (amounts) in these document types:

• received and issued purchase order
• received and issued invoice/proforma invoice
• received and issued sales receipt

While a product is general (for example “Apple iPhone 16 Pro 256GB”), objects/goods are specific items (for example “John's Apple iPhone 16 Pro 256GB with scratched glass”).
