ReFIS Flow - software for digitising and approving documents
A tax document for payment is issued by a VAT registered business from a received payment when the customer has paid in advance - for example a proforma invoice - and the goods or service have not yet been delivered, so the invoice cannot be issued yet. Whether and within what period it has to be issued is determined by the VAT act of the country concerned; for example, in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic within 15 days of receiving the payment.
ReFIS distinguishes between an issued tax document for payment (for a payment you received) and a received tax document for payment (from a supplier you paid in advance).
When processing an unprocessed document, ReFIS offers the proforma invoices the tax document belongs to and adds their payments that are not yet on a received tax document for payment. The amounts on the document are these payments - no new amounts are created; you can change only the VAT rate.
You send an issued tax document for payment to the customer as a PDF.

With the “Add to tax document for payment” function, you can also add payments to an existing payment confirmation.
