ISMONT runs several projects at the same time. Being able to monitor and compare projects against each other, or current costs against the budget, is therefore key for them.
Thanks to ReFIS, ISMONT is able to track all project costs by individual cost center (wages, marketing, materials, indirect costs, etc.). The cost overview is available immediately, with no need to wait for the monthly close. For specific projects, the share of individual cost centers in total costs is also displayed visually in a chart.
Certain types of costs cannot be assigned to a specific project, so they are allocated proportionally according to the project's floor area relative to the others in the given month.

All incoming invoices at ISMONT arrive through the ReFIS system, where they go through approval according to the defined rules; once approved, they are imported into the accounting software together with the account and cost center.
