The proposed solution:

For “AC Hotel by Marriott”, ReFIS provided an efficient part of the solution for in-house accounting, which includes automatic data extraction from invoices and their approval. The system is available to the client through a web browser, without complicated logging in, and it is also available on a phone. It allows invoices to be approved easily within a few seconds, without having to sit down at a desk. At the same time, the system provides a solution for archiving supplier invoices, which makes work easier for the finance manager and for audits as well.

Implementation:

The client “AC Hotel by Marriott” successfully rolled out the new system at the turn of 2024/2025. The implementation went without a hitch, and user training ran in several phases and went smoothly. The finance team, which uses more of the functionality in the ReFIS system, was trained first. The managers who approve invoices for their departments were trained later.
