Payment parts

ReFIS Flow - software for digitising and approving documents

ReFIS creates payment parts automatically in the background, without any action on your part:

  1. from payments that are not matched: one to one - one payment corresponds to one payment part with the same amount, date, labels, etc.
  2. from matching between payments and receivables/payables, with one payment part created for each matching. If, for example, a payment of 200 EUR is assigned to a receivable of 130 EUR and to a second receivable of 70 EUR, two payment parts of 130 EUR and 70 EUR are created (with the same date as the payment). The classification is determined as the union of the classification of the payment and of the receivable/payable.
  3. from matching between payments and requested, agreed and delivered amounts, in the same way as in case 2.
  4. from a mutual offset of a receivable and a payable

Access rights

If a payment part was created by matching a payment with a receivable/payable, you see the payment part exactly when you see:

  • this payment
  • or the receivable/payable.
