Income and expenditure grouped by persons

ReFIS Flow - software for digitising and approving documents

The Income and expenditure grouped by persons report shows for the selected year how much you received from which customer and how much you paid to which supplier - by month, including budgeted, agreed and invoiced amounts. It is useful, for example, for an overview of your largest customers and suppliers, or for comparing contractual payments with actual ones.

You find the report in the menu Money → Payments → Income and expenditure grouped by persons (without the Payments module, in the menu Reports).

Settings

  • “View year” - last, current or next year
  • which amounts to show:
    • individual amount folders - budget, agreed, delivered and others
    • “Invoiced amounts”
    • “Payments” - payments (income and expenditure, without deposits and withdrawals); only with the Payments module
  • for each of them you can also tick income (+) and expenditure (-) separately

Result

Each row is one person from the address book - the customer for income, the supplier for expenditure. The columns are “total for the year” and the individual months, each with the difference between income and expenditure (“+/-”) and, if you ticked “Income (+)” and “Expenditure (-)”, also income and expenditure separately. Amounts are always including VAT and in the domestic currency. Amounts from amount folders are allocated by the date when they are to be paid, invoices by due date and payments by payment date.

Clicking a number opens the list of amounts it is made up of, clicking a name opens the detail of the person.

You see the report with the right “Income and expenditure grouped by persons”; of the amount folders, only those you have access to.
