Fulfillment period

ReFIS Flow - software for digitising and approving documents

With the fulfillment period (start and end of the fulfillment), you track for an amount not only financial indicators but also when the supply was actually delivered. ReFIS uses this information, for example:

  • when creating invoices - it inserts information about the fulfillment into the item note ("We invoice you for work performed from 7/1/2021 to 7/25/2021")
  • when determining the date of supply

Entering in documents

You enter the fulfillment as two dates - the start and end of the fulfillment. If it is enough to track the fulfillment at the level of a month (it is reflected in the report Income and expenditure grouped by labels), you select in the menu Other → Settings → Document settings, on the “Invoices” tab, in the “View the received proforma invoice and invoice” field, the option “With selection of the fulfillment month”.

Formulas

You enter the fulfillment as a fixed period (from June 1, 2021 to July 25, 2021) or relative to another date, for example to the due date (11 days before the due date). You can also use formulas and variables similar to MS Excel formulas for this.

  • Due date variables:
    • mday - day of the due date
    • mmonth - month of the due date
    • myear - year of the due date
    • mdate - returns the whole date as a UNIX timestamp
  • Functions:
    • DATE(year, month, day) : timestamp - returns the timestamp for the given day, month and year.
    • SOMONTH(year, month) : timestamp - returns the start of the month, the same as DATE(year, month, 1)
    • EOMONTH(year, month) : timestamp - returns the end of the month
    • SOYEAR(year) : timestamp - returns the start of the year, the same as DATE(year, 1, 1)
    • EOYEAR(year) : timestamp - returns the end of the year, the same as DATE(year, 12, 31)
    • ADDDAY(date, days) : timestamp - shifts the timestamp by the given number of days (the days parameter can also be a negative number)
    • ADDMONTH(date, months) : timestamp
    • ADDYEAR(date, years) : timestamp
  • Operations: all standard arithmetic operations (+, -, ...)
