The ReFIS screen is divided into these basic parts:
- Top main bar with navigation - here you select a module, for example Projects
- Sub-bar of the main bar with sub-tabs can contain:
- the most frequently used filters (for example, in the Documents module, a filter for finding approved documents)
- further parts of the module, for example the menu Other contains Address book, Code lists (including Labels), Import and export and Settings
- Left part of the screen contains a vertical bar, which can hold:
- further filtering options, for example by labels, document type, etc.
- further smaller modules, such as the code lists “Employees”, “Job positions”, etc.
- Main part of the screen can contain:
- a form for working with records
- a list of records, consisting of:
- Column names - by clicking a column you sort the records by it.
- The list of records itself. By clicking a record outside the underlined text you select the record, and you then use a function on the selected records. When you click the underlined text, ReFIS runs the default function of the record - it displays its detail.
- Functions for working with records, for example “Add issued invoice” or “Delete document”. The most frequently used functions are shown as icons, the others are in the drop-down bar to the right of the icons. When you hold the mouse over an icon, ReFIS shows a description of the function.
