Message templates

The Message templates code list contains prepared texts for messages. When writing a message, you select a template in the “Predefined messages” field and do not have to type the text again.

You find message templates in the menu Other → Code lists → Message templates. For a template, you enter the “Template name” and, for each language, the “Subject of the message” and the “Message text”. ReFIS then sends the text in the language the recipient communicates in. For a message addressed to all users, the text in the company's main language is used. You can insert variables into the text, which are replaced with data when the message is sent.
